Board of Directors: The Foundation is directed by a group of volunteer citizens from
the Greater St. Charles community and a representative from CUSD 303.
Friends of the Foundation: Representatives from the Parent Teacher Organizations (PTO's)
for each school in the district. Friends of the Foundation participate in Foundation board meetings, coordinate
activities between the Foundation and their respective PTO and support the Foundation's various fundraising activities.
